Performance Exhaust System

The ASTEK Exhaust system for the BMW M2 is developed to significantly improve engine performance by optimising gas flow and reducing backpressure.

It represents an ideal solution for those looking for a performance exhaust system capable of increasing responsiveness and efficiency without compromising the balance of the vehicle.

The downpipe and mid-pipe configuration allows for more efficient fluid dynamics management, improving exhaust speed and throttle response. The result is a more direct ride, with more linear progression and more consistent performance.

This Astek Exhaust Systems system integrates an active valve that allows the sound to be modulated based on driving conditions, offering a sporty yet controlled acoustic signature. The possibility of custom configurations allows the system to be adapted to the customer's specific preferences.

Crafted from 304/310 stainless steel , it guarantees high temperature resistance, durability, and precision construction. Each component is designed for seamless integration with the BMW M2.

Choosing ASTEK Exhaust means improving the real-world performance of your vehicle, with a system designed to offer efficiency, sound and reliability.

  • Technical specifications: Available materials: 304/310 stainless steel, titanium, or Inconel upon request. Geometry, diameters, and volumes are sized based on the engine and vehicle architecture. Active valve integration or dedicated configurations are possible.

Custom design based on fluid dynamics calculations to optimize backpressure, gas velocity, and thermal stability. Each component is manufactured in-house with strict control over tolerances, fits, and finishes. TIG welding with internal shielding to preserve flow quality.

Maintenance: Periodically check the fasteners and system condition. For titanium, use non-aggressive detergents and avoid surface contamination.
