Each system starts with a specific technical analysis of the vehicle: displacement, engine architecture, mapping, and intended use. No components are adapted from standard geometries. Manifold routings, pipe diameters, and muffler cross-sections are calculated to optimize torque within the declared operating range

Custom Technique
The customer actively participates in defining the system: use (road, track, mixed), ECU mapping, RPM range, sound target, weight constraints. The technical specifications are agreed upon before the design
Individual Development
Each system is designed and built for a specific vehicle and engine configuration. Geometry, volumes, and materials are defined based on the actual application. The result is a dedicated system, developed on a technical basis and documented at every stage.
Definition Results
In-house production allows for direct control of every variable: geometries, weights, finishes, and fits. There's no dependence on unverified external components. Each phase is managed internally, with defined tolerances and continuous process monitoring.
